He regularly advises clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters, with particular focus on civil litigation and dispute resolution. His practice includes drafting pleadings, managing case strategy, and representing clients in complex disputes, ensuring effective and practical outcomes.
He has strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts and legal agreements, providing legal advice grounded in a solid understanding of Jordanian legislation and judicial precedents.
He also has focused experience in construction and contracting law, including the drafting and review of main construction contracts, subcontract agreements, engineering supervision agreements, and supply contracts. He advises contractors, subcontractors, and project owners on claims, delays, and breaches of contractual obligations, with a focus on risk mitigation and the protection of clients’ commercial interests.
He is a graduate of Al-Yarmouk University, where he obtained his law degree.
