
Mohammad Alzu’bi is a Legal Associate at Awni Alzu’bi Law, where he works on a broad range of commercial, corporate, tax, and dispute-related matters. His practice includes contract drafting, legal research, litigation support, and regulatory follow-up, with a developing specialisation in arbitration and construction adjudication. He has experience assisting on complex disputes, preparing legal submissions, and advising in matters involving cross-border commercial elements.
Before joining the firm in his current role, Mohammad trained at International Business Legal Associates (IBLAW), where he supported corporate and commercial transactions, litigation strategy, court pleadings, and regulatory coordination. His earlier experience also includes work at Aljazy & Co, where he focused on domestic and international arbitration, including research on arbitral rules, FIDIC contracts, and enforcement mechanisms, as well as preparation of submissions and evidentiary materials. He also gained experience in tax advisory and tax disputes through his work at Al Zoubi Law Firm, in addition to litigation research exposure at A&T Najdawi Law and court-related insight during his mini-pupillage at No. 12 Chambers in London.
Mohammad is known for being practical, detail-oriented, and commercially aware, with strong skills in drafting, advocacy, case analysis, and stakeholder communication. He works effectively with clients, counsel, government bodies, and regulatory authorities, and is fluent in Arabic and English.
